On finishing my internship I discovered so much in my life and thus making me to re-think my future plans in my career and also develop myself more.

 

The first that I plan in the future when I start working is to make sure I work on my communication skills as from the feedback I got from my company supervisor my oral communication skills were not so good.

 

Apart from working on my skill that are essential , I plan to do an internship in a bank , this is because while I was in NSSF Tanzania there was a need for me to have an experience working in a bank.  Moreover I plan to further my studies  so as to be able to attain more opportunity and expand my network. Currently am not really sure on the kind of Masters that I plan to pursue but for a time being I hope to attain a job so as I could get used to the working world.
